Refund Policy

 

Online courses with teaching and/or feedback:

Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the course will receive a full refund unless the course has been accessed in any manner. 

 

Should you or your horse get sick we will do our very best to find a replacement to your spot. We can’t guarantee this will happen but usually we have a waiting list to turn to. We also know life is unpredictable so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if your situation changes. We will try to find a solution.

 

Should Reward Based Art of Riding have to cancel any course or teaching you will receive full refund or free transfer to different course of same value.

 

Transfer Policy for online courses with teaching and/or feedback::

You may transfer to another course at any time within 14 days of course starts. A 50 EUR fee will be charged for this transfer. You must use your transfer privilege within 6 months unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Webinars or self study courses: There will be no refunds for any course or webinar (or curricula) once a course or webinar has been accessed in any manner. Should Reward Based Art of Riding have to cancel you will receive full refund or free transfer to different webinar or self study course of same value. You must use your transfer privilege within 6 months unless otherwise agreed upon.
